  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Location: nearest mrt: Marina Bay Sands
Pay: $3.5k-4.5k
Duration: 6 months
Working Hours: Office hours


JOBSCOPE:

Review, validate and update client and transaction data
Rectify data discrepancies
Maintain proper documentation of all data remediation efforts
Assist in data retrieval / entry, documentation, and record-keeping
Perform quality checks
Support process improvements
Participate in various business projects
Assist in tracking and closing compliance-related issues
Provide support for project documentation, process mapping and stakeholder coordination
Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.
Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.



REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Business/Accountancy/Banking & Finance or a relevant discipline
1-3 years of experience in banking operations, data entry, compliance supports, or similar roles (experience in Private Banking is a plus)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
