Your new role

  • Partnering with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, to ensure a smooth process through the hiring pipeline
  • Ability to quickly scan submitted resumes through direct sourcing and route to the correct hiring managers
  • Manage interviewer rosters, schedule interviews, collect feedback, and help ensure offers and onboarding processes
  • Organized ability to track assigned candidates, progress and pending items
  • Ability to handle stakeholders
  • Experience in recruitment for engineering functions will be highly advantageous

What you'll need to succeed

Your previous experience in a similar role will lead to your success, as you will ideally have:

  • Possess prior experience within in-house and engineering/technical roles
  • At least 2 years of end-to-end recruitment experience
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and applicant tracking systems such as SuccessFactor, RCM module.
  • Bachelor's degree is highly preferred
