Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook high-quality Korean BBQ dishes, maintaining consistency and presentation.
Lead, train, and mentor junior kitchen staff, ensuring adherence to best practices.
Monitor food costing, waste control, and portioning to maximize profitability.
Manage inventory levels, conduct stock takes, and ensure timely ordering of ingredients and supplies.
Enforce food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards in compliance with regulations.
Collaborate with the Head Chef and management team to develop new menu items and optimize kitchen processes.
Troubleshoot kitchen challenges, ensuring efficiency and high performance during peak hours.
Requirements:
Proven 3-5 years experience as a Chef de Partie or higher in a professional kitchen.
Strong knowledge of Korean cuisine, particularly Korean BBQ techniques, is preferred.
Experience in kitchen management, training, food costing, and inventory control.
Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced, team-oriented environment.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Food Hygiene Certification is an advantage.
