Job Summary
Provide administrative support to the regional community operations in leading a healthy lifestyle within the community.
Job Responsibilities
Data entry, scheduling appointments and billing of services
Staff on-boarding / off-boarding
Receive and respond to all enquiries
Inventory management of consumables and equipment
Ensure data entry and billing activities are promptly and accurately captured in the respective database and/or systems within the stipulated timeline
Ensure staff receives the appropriate access and equipment on the first day of work
Ensure all relevant access and equipment are reclaimed / terminated on staff’s last day of work
Ensure all enquiries are promptly and professionally handled within the stipulated timeline
Ensure all relevant consumables and inventory are adequate to meet operational needs
Any other duties assigned
Job Requirements
Diploma in any discipline
At least 2 years of working experience
Self-motivated and strong team player
Meticulous and strong organizational skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word and Excel)
Effective written and verbal communication skill
Able to work on weekends
