  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.

Review and verify employee work hours, allowances, deductions, and claims before payroll processing.
Address payroll discrepancies and resolve employee queries related to salary, CPF, and deductions.
Ensure compliance with MOM regulations regarding wages, overtime, and benefits
Manage end-to-end onboarding processes, including work pass applications (if needed), contract preparation, and induction programs.
Ensure all HR letters comply with company policies and employment laws.
Maintain an organized filing system for employee records, both digital and physical.
Assist in HR audits, reporting, and any necessary documentation required by authorities.
Provide general HR support, including employee inquiries and administrative tasks.

Requirements:


Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 year of HR experience, preferably in payroll and onboarding.
