Job Summary:
The Senior Executive, Administration and Operations will be responsible for providing administrative support including maintaining records, preparing information spreadsheets /reports, processing data, and operational logistics within the department in relation to the establishment of the Co-curricular Learning (CCL) framework. In particular, the CCL Project is likely to move into the phase of digital solution configuration and implementation, which will require coordinating of meetings between ECL office and other administrative staffs across the departments. The work scope may sometimes include procurement, and assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage project documentation, knowledge, and data capture for reporting
  • Respond to inquiries and provide assistance to staff, departments and stakeholders as needed.
  • Provide day-to-day office support including scheduling meetings, coordinating activities and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • A Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline or 2 to 3 years’ work experience in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral, and interpersonal skills

Salary: $3000-3700

Working location: West side Singapore
