Education:

  • Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., PE, PMP) is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marine engineering, dredging,
    or reclamation projects.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale marine construction
    projects.
  • Experience with hydraulic, geotechnical, and structural design for
    marine environments.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of local and regional industry standards, maritime
    laws, environmental regulations, and safety standards.
