7. Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, and performance metrics, providing regular reports to management.

Requirements and Qualifications

1. Education: Bachelor's Or polytechnic graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

2. Certifications: Valid electrical licenses and certifications (e.g., WSH).

3. Experience: 5+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.

4. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge and experiences of electrical systems, PLC control and instrumentation & sensor, and safety protocols.

5. Leadership and Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and manage conflict.
