  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

  • Assist engineering and building manager in daily operational works.
  • Assist on all reports as requested by Client.
  • Assist to analyse daily reports, equipment health check reports including BMS, Fire alarm and other services.
  • Ensure timely services reports submission/collation, scrutinize findings, follow up action, timely/proper execution.
  • Liaise with Singtel users and customers.
  • Responsible for all building services operations.
  • Monitor and control Annual Budget OPEX/CAPEX.
  • Any other duties assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma in Real Estate Management / Building Services.
  • Other qualifications which are deemed suitable and with relevant working experience, subject to Client's approval at its sole discretion.
  • At least 3 years of relevant working experience in similar Facilities and competent to handle up to LT switching, FM200, VESDA. CRAU, BMS.
  • Strong leadership, people management and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communications & interpersonal skills
  • Able to work under pressure and tight schedule
