The Summary:
As the Regional E-Commerce Growth Manager for APAC, you will be the driving force behind business growth across all D2C digital channels in the APAC region. Collaborating closely with local Business Development Managers and E-Commerce Managers, you will develop and implement growth strategies, continuously evaluate business performance, and rally support from country product and marketing teams to drive growth. As a domain expert in e-commerce growth, system development, and automation, you will design effective performance marketing plans and oversee the implementation of marketing technologies. You will lead and mentor country e-commerce teams, sharing best practices and know-how to ensure success. Your proven track record in implementing and growing digital businesses will be instrumental in achieving our ambitious goals.
The Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement country-level e-commerce growth strategies aligned with regional and global strategies and business goals.
- Identify and execute e-commerce and marketing technology initiatives to enhance e-commerce performance.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions.
Digital Technology Implementation and Technical Management:
- Lead the deployment of digital technologies, including modules, extensions and marketing automation tools on e-commerce platforms.
- Collaborate with IT and development teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies, implement new features, integrations, and system upgrades.
- Monitor and track pending technical issues and tasks to ensure timely resolutions and deployment
- Oversee the testing, troubleshooting, and optimization of digital tools and platforms.
Performance Marketing:
- Design and develop regional digital and performance marketing framework including programmatic ads, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
- Monitor, analyze and optimize the performance of marketing campaigns by providing insights, recommendations and suggestions to countries.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of e-commerce initiatives.
- Generate regular reports on sales and marketing performance, customer engagement, and ROI.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve overall e-commerce performance.
Customer Experience Enhancement:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the online shopping experience.
- Utilize digital technologies to personalize customer interactions and enhance satisfaction.
Leadership and Collaboration:
- Manage and mentor country e-commerce and marketing professionals, providing guidance and support with best practices and know-hows in area of digital business development, performance marketing and digital technologies
- Foster a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product.
- Ensure alignment of e-commerce activities with regional and global business goals.
The Requirement:
Professional Experience:
- 3+ year experience with proven tracking record in growing revenue and transactions in a brand.com environment
Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and CRM systems.
- Proficiency in data analytics and performance tracking tools.
- Knowledge of web development and UX/UI principles.
Strategic Thinking:
- Ability to develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce growth strategies.
