Summary

Assist the Marketing Department on all aspects of client service, support the preparation and checking of contractual documents for providing financial facility to Corporate Customers.

Responsibilities

· Support in daily administrative duties within the department, including operational, administrative and marketing

· Checking and management of Credit Facility Applications, Purchase Orders, New Contracts, Contract Amendments, Contract Termination, Contract Maturity, Existing and Expired Contracts

· Regular updating of customers and suppliers data

· Accurate data entry of credit application, contract, acceptance and disbursement information into internal system

· Generating reports for management and internal use

· Assist in answering general sales enquiries and phone-calls

· Ensure accuracy of documents submitted to be compliant with rules and regulations

· Support SOP manual creation and/or update from time to time

· Other ad-hoc admin duties inclusive of

- Arrangement of courier services

- Liaison with other stakeholders on behalf of the Department, etc
