Responsibilities:

  • Financial Management & Reporting: Oversee Account Receivable, Account Payable, bank reconciliation, and full set of accounts, including preparing daily sales and financial reports for management.
  • Payment & Audit Coordination: Manage payment schedules, follow up on payments, and liaise with management to prevent operational disruptions. Responsible for auditing financial transactions and accounting document control.
  • Government & External Liaison: Communicate with government authorities regarding accounting matters, including GST and audits, and coordinate with external parties (banks, auditors, etc.) for financial and costing issues.
  • Asset & Inventory Management: Prepare annual Fixed Asset Depreciation reports, manage monthly inventory stock takes, and handle asset disposals and write-offs.
  • Daily Financial Tasks & Miscellaneous: Perform daily bank and credit card reconciliations, manage petty cash and reimbursements, prepare bank deposits, assist with e-commerce payments, and ensure proper filing of documents.

Requirements:

  • Min. 2 years of relevant experience
  • Diploma in Accountancy/ LCCI certification
  • Familiar with MYOB software is advantageous
