
Operations Manager
JIAGU TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is looking for an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and drive growth for our AI-powered cross-border e-commerce solutions. This role will coordinate between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects and service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of our AI solutions in the e-commerce sector
- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor KPIs and prepare reports on operational performance
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Gather user feedback and work with technical teams for product enhancements
- Manage client relationships and address operational issues promptly
- Support business development efforts with insights and strategic recommendations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in tech or e-commerce
- Understanding of AI technologies and their business applications is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Experience with CRM systems and data analysis tools
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Mandarin is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
