
Executive Assistant
JIAGU TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our management team. This role will handle administrative tasks, coordinate internal communications, and assist with various aspects of office management in our Singapore headquarters.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the management team
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and documents
- Organize and maintain office systems, including data management and filing
- Assist with HR-related tasks such as onboarding new employees
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, including preparation of materials
- Liaise with clients, vendors, and other external stakeholders
- Support basic financial administration including expense reports and invoices
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or assistant role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and collaboration tools
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Initiative and problem-solving aptitude
- Adaptability to work in a dynamic startup environment
- Knowledge of Mandarin is a plus
