  • Audit the existing platform, identifying areas for improvement in layout, accessibility, and content structure.
  • Redesign the user interface and navigation to enhance ease of use and engagement.
  • Develop a clear information architecture, ensuring content is structured for intuitive access.

Content Development & Copywriting

  • Rewrite and refine Notion pages for clarity and alignment with the organization's voice.
  • Ensure consistency in terminology, formatting, and branding across Notion.

Volunteer Engagement & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Gather feedback from volunteers on current challenges and usability pain points.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure Notion meets the needs of different teams.

Project Coordination

  • Establish guidelines for maintaining and updating the platform post-revamp.
  • Ensure project is completed within the agreed timeline while incorporating stakeholder input.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Notion & WIX with experience in UX/UI design and workspace optimization.
  • Strong copywriting skills for structuring and simplifying content.
  • Experience or interest in volunteer engagement and digital transformation.
  • Knowledge of the social service sector (advantageous but not mandatory).
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
