This role will provide accounting support for our business operations in Singapore, focusing on the financial management of live projects and events at a leading MNC.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of various reports and analysis as required to provide value add assistance to the business
- Assist in preparation of month end pack and reports to regional finance team
- Data entry to accounting system
- Enter payment details into online banking systems after all approvals are obtained as per SOA
- Preparation of financial settlements and be on site for events/projects
- Placement of events/projects related insurance
- Project reconciliation
- Filing of withholding tax, GST and other tax matters
- Assist in office admin matters on ad hoc basis
- Other varied accounts duties to support the team

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably with multi-entity exposure.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as MYOB, Xero, and Oracle is a plus.
