Infants Care Teacher / Assistant Infant care Teacher
Infant Care Teacher (Upp East Coast only)
· Provide attentive and responsive care to infants, including feeding, diapering to ensure their safety and well-being.
· Maintain open and positive communication with parents or guardians, providing updates on their child's daily activities, development, and any concerns.
· Maintain accurate records of each infant's daily activities, including feeding schedules, diaper changes, and developmental milestones. Keep records of any significant events or concerns.
Assistant Infant Care Teacher (Upp East Coast only)
· Assist in the execution of routine care activities e.g. feeding/meal time, diapering/toileting, bathing/washing, sleeping/napping
· Assist in the preparation of learning activities, teaching aids and learning corners
· Assist in cleaning/disinfecting of resources/toys
· Assist in planning and implementing developmentally appropriate activity plans for the class assigned. May be allowed to carry out activity plans with the supervision of mentor teacher
· Assist in documenting observation of children or activities while carrying out activities with children
· Assist in any ad-hoc duties assigned
Infant Care Teacher (Upp East Coast only)
· Diploma in Early Childhood Education (ECH) / Diploma in Child Psychology & Early Education (CPEE) / Diploma in Early Childhood Studies (ECS) / Diploma in Early Childhood Development & Education (ECDE) / Higher NITEC in Early Childhood Education
· Certified by Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) as an L1, L2 teacher or ACEY, HCIC
· Full-Time, Part-Time and Contract position(s) available.
Assistant Infant Care Teacher (Upp East Coast only)
· Preferably with early childhood related certificate (e.g. Fundamental Certificate in Early Childhood Care and Education)
· Preferably with 1 years of relevant work experience as a relief teacher in preschool environment
· Proficient with MS Office
· Good interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
· Able to work independently and also a team player
