Managing Director
JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced individual to join us as our Singapore Country Manager. As a member of the Leadership team, you will be accountable for maintaining and driving operational results within Singapore.
Working closely with the Leadership team, the Singapore Country Manager must be a skilled communicator, an effective leader who can spur growth, maintain key operational procedures and ensure day to day operational excellence.
The individual will have a demonstrated track record of delivering results through innovative thinking, taking calculated risks and delivering results by leading the execution of plans.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide operational leadership to the organization that aligns with the company’s business plan and overall strategic vision.
- Ensure the best-in-class customer experience and consistency in delivery of service standards.
- Develop and lead the Singapore strategic plan in conjunction with the leadership team.
- Deliver the plans – targets to be achieved consistently and in line with our brand.
- Work closely with the leadership team on new business growth opportunities, both online or offline.
- Lead the Government relations to ensure that the company can navigate the ever-changing landscape effectively.

- Strong organizational and project management skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Has successfully led large scale organizational turnaround and transformation driven by new strategic plan, operating model, and brand value proposition. Driver of cultural change and evolved business practices to enable transformation.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and influencing skills to manage both internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
