Job Scope:
- Expedite and track the status of all documents and orders
- Ensure active upkeep of documented procedures, JWIs, Forms, and records to meet the requirements of the provision of products to customers.
- Assists to ensure that testing, measurement, and monitoring equipment is calibrated on time
- Assists to ensure timely action are taken to identify, contain, correct and dispose of any nonconforming occurrence.
- Participate or conduct internal audits where necessary to verify that the quality management system is effectively implemented and maintained
- Carry out inspection or testing (where applicable) and record during in-process and/or final inspection stage/s to ensure that product requirements have been met
Requirement:
- GCE O Level / Diploma is plus
- Preferable working experience in a Quality Control Environment
- Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Word & Excel)
- Knowledge of International Standard (ASTM, API, NACE) is plus
