Job DescriptionThis role will strategically lead, manage and monitor the provision of Enterprise Risk and Insurance Management (ERM) services to the organisation and associated subsidiaries.ResponsibilitiesERMLead in driving and enhancing ERM framework, methodologies and tools by working with heads of risk owners in risk monitoring and reporting.Provide leadership in preparing materials for and secretariat role to Board Risk & Technology Committee meetings and Business Continuity Council meetingsPromote and create awareness of risk management accountability and process in accomplishing corporate objectivesDesign and review the organization’s operating guidelines and policies to manage, neutralize or mitigate risksIdentify, analyse and prepare risk mitigation tactics and diligently track/report issuesAssist in the creating awareness and training for ERM risk owners and risk representativesConsolidate all risk materials and prepare reports for presentation to the quarterly Board Risk & Technology meeting and Board meetingEnsure timely submissions of risk reportsGroup InsuranceResponsible for needed and timely placement/renewal of all key insurance policies for the GroupCoordination of bringing foreign subsidiaries on board to our insurance broker and aligned some insurance policies to our Group Insurance PoliciesConduct briefings for colleagues to be familiar with what to declare using the insurance renewal templatesRequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields.At least 10 years of experience in ERM and Insurance managementTrack record in managing Board of Directors’ Risk CommitteeAbility to collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to ensure a comprehensive risk management approach.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate risk assessments, recommendations, and reportsStrong presentation skills to report findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise mannerAbility to lead risk management initiatives across departments.Collaboration skills to work with other teams to implement risk mitigation measures.Commercial experience is attractive
