We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our team. This is a part-time position. You are expected to work 2 to 3 days per week. You will be required to work in both outlets; Aperial Mall (Lavender) and SAFRA Chua Chu Kang.
Key Responsibilities:
• Marking and maintaining class attendance records.
• Answering phone calls and addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Managing stock take and inventory for the studio.
• Collecting and processing class fees and payments.
• Responding to inquiries regarding services, schedules, and other studio-related matters.
• Ensuring the cleanliness and tidiness of the studio and reception area.
• Assisting with basic office tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
• Maintaining and organizing studio supplies and equipment.
Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Drive, and basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
• Prior experience in an administrative or customer service role is a plus.
