  • The Operations Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily freezer deployment, ensuring efficient storage and distribution of freezers, and maintaining a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management:
  1. Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
  2. Implement and optimize inventory control procedures.
  3. Monitor stock levels and anticipate potential shortages or overstock situations.
  4. Knowledgeable of inventory control and systems.
  • Warehouse Operations:
  1. Oversee the receiving, storage, and shipping of freezers.
  2. Ensure efficient space utilization and warehouse layout.
  3. Coordinate with logistics and transportation providers.
  4. Manage and supervise Freezer Team, including training and performance evaluations.
  5. Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
  • Logistics and Distribution:
  1. Coordinate and fulfil freezer job requests, ensure timely delivery.
  2. Optimize delivery routes and methods to minimize costs.
  3. Handle returns and discrepancies.
  • Team Leadership:
  1. Delegate tasks and supervise Freezer Department.
  2. Motivate and train personnel of Freezer Department.
  3. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
  1. Prepare and analyse warehouse performance reports.
  2. Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  3. Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).

Job Requirements:

  • Must be hardworking, self-motivates, independent, team player and have good communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control and logistics principles.
  • Basic Logistics/Shipping Terms/Warehousing or equivalent experiences would be preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.). Basic knowledge of Warehouse Management System (WMS) will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
