  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Description:

  • Liaise with freight forwarders, direct customers and overseas agencies for both outgoing and incoming shipments.
  • Prepare and handle shipping documents, including but not limited to delivery orders, bills of lading, tax invoices and arrival notices.
  • Track, monitor and follow up on shipments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with shippers, carriers, co-loaders, transporters and warehouses to ensure the smooth transfer of cargo from suppliers' warehouses to stuffing warehouses.
  • Perform data antry of various shipment details into the system.
  • Assist with documentation and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your superior.

Job Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in logistics operations (hands-on experience preferred), though no experience and fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Strong commnuication skills with an outspoken and proactive attitude.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment with the ability to work independently.
  • Able to start work immediately or on short notice.

  • 8:45 am - 6:00 pm (Mon-Fri)
  • 8:45 am - 1:00 pm (WFH on rotating 5 teams, depending on the schedule)
