Responsibilities:
- Oversee Corporate Learning Portfolio to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on course nomination and registration as required and ensure sufficient runs.
- Work with relevant internal stakeholders to identify and address training needs and gaps in the organization through comprehensive learning needs analysis and curate the Corporate Learning Roadmap annually.
- Collaborate with external vendors to design and develop training programs to align with the company's goals and objectives based on latest industry and regulatory developments.

- Gather data and feedback to help enhance training effectiveness and participant engagement.
- Maintain a comprehensive overview of staff training status, tracking completed trainings and managing records in the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Assist in reporting training statistics as required.
- Review invoices for all training programs and training systems access, ensuring costs are within the budget.
- Regularly review and update all learning and development processes and systems, ensuring they remain effective, efficient, and user-friendly.
Requirements:
- Degree in any discipline with minimum 5 years of relevant L&D, HR experience in a large organisation preferred
- Good knowledge of employment legislation in Singapore
- Strong stakeholder management, collaboration and influencing skills
