POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a Supplier Programs Contract Coordinator to support and optimize supplier contract processes, third-party oversight, and procurement compliance within our organization. This role requires contract management expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to streamline vendor-related workflows. You will play a key role in managing contract execution, monitoring supplier performance, tracking critical metrics, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Contract & Supplier Management
  • Draft, submit, facilitate, and execute supplier contracts, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and business requirements.
  • Review commercial rates and contract terms, negotiating with vendors when necessary.
  • Oversee contract renewals, extensions, and amendments to maintain continuity in supplier relationships.
  • Manage single-source justifications (SSJs) for vendor contracts that require sole-source approval.
Compliance & Third-Party Oversight (TPOM)
  • Perform tasks related to Third Party Oversight & Management (TPOM), ensuring vendor compliance with company policies.
  • Track and manage access extension renewals for suppliers, ensuring proper authorization and regulatory adherence.
  • Review and communicate policy changes to vendors and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment with procurement regulations.
Process Optimization & Automation
  • Develop and maintain the internal Supplier Programs Playbook, ensuring processes are documented and updated.
  • Automate data tracking and workflows using the Butterfly tool to improve contract and supplier program efficiency.
  • Track and update supplier program metrics, generating reports to support business decision-making.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Training
  • Develop and deliver trainings on internal workflows and procurement processes for stakeholders.
  • Participate in monthly business cadences and supplier performance reviews, providing insights into contract effectiveness.
  • Coordinate various aspects of the RFP (Request for Proposal) process, including vendor communication and meeting facilitation.
  • Engage with vendors on contract rates, terms, and renewal negotiations.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
  • 3+ years of experience in contract management, supplier programs, or procurement operations.
  • Strong knowledge of supplier oversight, third-party management (TPOM), and procurement workflows.
  • Proficiency in contract negotiation, vendor management, and compliance tracking.
  • Experience with procurement tools and automation platforms (e.g., Butterfly, ERP systems, contract management software).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to train and align cross-functional teams.
