Your ImpactAs the Sales and Business Development Intern, you will be in contact with existing and potential clients and assist in marketing campaigns. You will become familiar with how to prepare quotations and communicate with the delivery team to ensure the smooth and timely execution of projects. You will be part of the sales team who is responsible for growing our business by keeping in touch with our current customers and getting in touch with new ones to understand their needs and share how Globibo can make a difference to them. You will report to the Director of Sales.Responsibilities(A) Lead Management (60%)Researching organizations and industry players to identify new leads and potential new marketsIdentifying the needs of other companies and their key stakeholders/ decision makersContacting potential clients via email & cold calls with customized value offerings to establish rapport and set up meetingsAttending conferences, meetings, and Industry eventsHorizontal Sales outreach to new contacts from existing clientsConsistent outreach & building relationship with VIP clients(B) Opportunity Management & Conversion (30%)Meeting potential clients with exciting Proposals & industry updatesContacting clients to inform them about new developments in the companys productsPreparing quotations & negotiating effectivelySupporting customers with delivery informationDeveloping & delivering account management schedulesEstablishing long term support contracts through umbrella agreements for all services(C) Service & Delivery (10%)Focus on delivering Excellent Customer Service through effective Feedback management and Value-added ServicesReach out & develop relationships with industry partners, stakeholders; bring about Globibos brand image & presence to the industry in Hong KongPlay a pivotal role in leading business development & sales for a relatively new marketPenetrate new organizations, convince & develop relationships with entirely new contacts & potential clientsWork on varying & dynamic opportunities & projectsExperience the entire end to end sales cycle from idea conception to execution, implementationCollaborate with our technical & subject experts across services, work in tandem with a supportive operations teamYour Potential Profile- Educational Background in Business, Linguistic or Technology (Electrical Engineering or Computer Science)
- Highly self-driven and organized
