Aftersales Digital Transformation Intern
Role Overview:
As an Aftersales - Digital Transformation Intern, you will assist in improving the digital aspects of our aftersales operations. You will work closely with the digital transformation team to analyze data, optimize workflows, support business intelligence dashboards, test software and applications, and contribute ideas to improve products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis & Visualization: Use Power Query to analyze data and present findings through pivot tables, delivering actionable insights.
- Workflow Management: Create, organize, and maintain workflow charts using Visio to optimize aftersales processes.
- Business Intelligence: Assist in setting up and supporting Power BI dashboards, helping the team track performance metrics.
- Software & Web Testing:
- Test software, web, and mobile applications (including e-commerce store).
- Execute test cases, document results, and generate bug reports.
- Follow up with development teams to ensure timely resolution and retest resolved issues.
- Research & Development: Contribute ideas for enhancing products, services, and processes, especially regarding the automotive customer journey.
- General Administrative Support: Assist with other related administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing in a relevant degree program (e.g., Information Technology, Business, Digital Transformation, or related fields).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Visio.
- Strong working knowledge of Power Query, Power Automate, and Pivot Tables.
- Familiarity with web hosting, website management, and e-commerce platforms.
- Experience with bug tracking software is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience with online e-commerce platforms or software testing.
- Understanding of business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI).
- Familiarity with software and web application testing processes.
