- At least 5 years of relevant work experience in end-user and network support.
- Good technical background in networking (switches, routers, firewalls), Windows and Linux systems, and databases.
- Basic knowledge of programming and scripting is a plus.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in computer peripherals, LAN/WAN, and infrastructure knowledge.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable, with good practices in general IT and end-user support.
- Ability to respond promptly to service issues and requests, demonstrating analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Capable of collaborating with external parties (stakeholders, vendors, and service providers) to achieve results.
