Regional Sales Manager, Food & Beverages (Industrial Products)
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of the Sales Budget for the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector, ensuring revenue growth and a strong sales pipeline. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive order intake.
- Collaborate with Solution Support teams and Marketing to enhance brand positioning.
- Analyze competitor activities within the account and develop effective response strategies.
- Provide insights into market pricing trends and contribute to pricing strategies.
- Promote the use of standardized Marketing & Sales tools and processes, including CRM systems and account planning.
- Foster a culture of Compliance & Integrity, ensuring ethical business practices.
- Understand key business drivers of customers and market dynamics to identify opportunities and risks.
Requirements
- :Experienced F&B Sales Manager with a strong technical sales background and at least 7 years in a similar role
- .Comfortable working in a matrix organization
- .A proactive, pioneering mindset, contributing to the development of a growing sales organization
- .Team player with problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach
- .Strong knowledge of the F&B industry
