
HR & Ops Executive
Overall Job Purpose:The HR & Operations Executive has key responsibility to ensure all HR activities and QA documentations are performed with quality outcome. HR activities includes administering recruitment of staff, onboarding of new staff, organising staff bonding activities, monthly payroll, etc and all documents to be properly filed. QA documentation would be to assist the Senior Management Team in implementing operational procedures, documentation, filing and any other administration work.
Job Responsibilities:
Business/Daily Operations
§ Manage and Administer the entire HR cycle of Staff from recruitment to end of employment. Use of Payboy, an HR IT application to administer staff leaves, reimbursements, payroll, annual tax returns submission, etc
§ Monitor that all Staff utilise Payboy and ensure that all attendances & leaves are applied on Payboy
§ Liaise with Outsourced Accounts on payroll disbursement
§ Assist Senior Management to ensure SOPs are followed in all daily operations
1) Documentation
§ P files (inclusive part-time lecturers, Academic & Exam Board members and full-time admin team) to be properly filed
§ Responsible for efiling to government agencies before deadline expiry of various policy matters such as registration & resignation of lecturers, courses, licences,etc.
Secondary Responsibilities:
· Assist in other areas or projects as may be assigned by the CEO from time to time
Job Specification
Competencies Required:
- Possess initiative and problem solving skills
- Sense of urgency to complete tasks on time at all times
- Possesses a positive attitude towards work and the ability to prioritise tasks appropriately.
Experience :
- Previous HR experience in training centres/academic departments preferred
- Experience in using HR IT softwares
- Knowledgeable in manpower regulations and policies
- QA Experience is a major plus
Education:
§ “A” Levels / Diploma
