Job Summary
We are looking for an account and admin executive who is highly organized and detail-oriented with a proven ability to manage diverse administrative tasks. He or she should be proficient in handling accounts payable/receivable and general ledger entries, while also providing comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, correspondence, and office management.
Day-to-Day responsibilities:
· Process and manage invoices for the company daily.
· Verify and reconcile invoices to ensure data accuracy.
· Maintaining bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets.
· Data entry for maintenance of proper filing system, ensuring all records are in proper order.
· Responding to emails and phone calls.
· Processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts.
· Perform admin related duties and any other ad-hoc duties.
Requirements:
· Minimum 1-2 years in an administrative role.
· Proficiency in SAP software.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
· Strong organizational and communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
· Good team player, pleasant personality, independent and able to multi-task.
