Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the full spectrum of monthly financial accounting from preparation, reconciling, closing, reporting, forecasting, and analysis for the real estate development arm.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities & external parties (external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities) to support and ensure compliance with all statutory and internal finance & tax filing requirements, audits, procedures, and forms.
- Manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Job Requirements:
- Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in similar capacity
- Experienced working in real estate industry
- Able to work independently
- Meticulous and positive
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Hand-on experience with ACCPAC system is an added advantage - Immediate availability or able to start work at short notice preferred
