Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the full spectrum of monthly financial accounting from preparation, reconciling, closing, reporting, forecasting, and analysis for the real estate development arm.
  • Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities & external parties (external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities) to support and ensure compliance with all statutory and internal finance & tax filing requirements, audits, procedures, and forms.
  • Manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • support new softwarre implementation.
  • Any Ad-hoc financial matters.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
  • At least 5 years of experience in similar capacity
  • Experienced working in real estate industry
  • Able to work independently
  • Meticulous and positive
  • Strong organisational and leadership skills
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word
    Hand-on experience with ACCPAC system is an added advantage
  • Immediate availability or able to start work at short notice preferred
