Job Responsibilities
1. Maintenance & Repair : Performing regular maintenance and repairs on various types of pumps to ensure they are functioning correctly.
2. Installation & Commissioning : Installing and commissioning new pump systems and associated equipment
3. Diagnostics and Fault Finding : Diagnosing and repairing faults in pump systems, including disassembling and reassembling pumps and pump parts
4. Emergency Call-Outs : Participating in emergency call-out rotas to address urgent issues with pump systems
5. Working with Different Systems : Handling different pumping systems (HVAC, P&S, submersible pumps) and working within confined spaces
6. Communication: Communicating effectively with the customer facing team and end-users, providing reports and photos of pumps and associated equipment
7. Safety and Compliance: Ensuring all work is carried out in line with health and safety regulations and current standards
Job Requirements
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering.
· Strong understanding of pumping systems used in residential & commercial buildings.
· At least 5 years of working experience in a similar role, in another pump company.
· Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
· Strong communication skills.
· Flexibility & Adaptability.
· Safety knowledge.
· Class 3 driving license.
