  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Packer and Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for working independently and accurately packing orders for shipment, assisting with general warehouse tasks, and ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.

This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

  • Order Packing:
  • Accurately pick and pack items for shipment according to order specifications.
  • Ensure items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit.
  • Label and seal packages appropriately.
  • Verify the accuracy of packed orders against packing slips.
  • Warehouse Assistance:
  • Assist with receiving and unloading incoming shipments.
  • Organise and maintain warehouse inventory.
  • Assist with stock-taking and inventory counts.
  • Move and arrange pallets and boxes using pallet jacks or other equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organised work area.
  • Assist with general warehouse maintenance tasks.
  • Shipping and Receiving:
  • Assist with loading outgoing shipments onto trucks.
  • Inspect incoming shipments for damages and discrepancies.
  • Assist in the processing of returns.
  • Safety and Compliance:
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines.
  • Report any safety hazards or concerns to management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.
  • Ability to work in various warehouse conditions.
  • Previous warehouse or packing experience is preferred but not required.
  • Experience with shipping and receiving is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy cartons (up to 8kg per carton)
  • Basic math skills.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to operate pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment
