As a Finance Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing financial relationships with key stakeholders, optimizing accounts receivable/payable processes, and ensuring strong financial planning and analysis. You will work closely with internal teams (finance, retail, sales, and supply chain) to support revenue growth, improve cash flow, and enhance financial efficiency.

As a Finance Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing financial relationships with key stakeholders, optimizing accounts receivable/payable processes, and ensuring strong financial planning and analysis. You will work closely with internal teams (finance, retail, sales, and supply chain) to support revenue growth, improve cash flow, and enhance financial efficiency.
You Will Also Be Responsible For
- Financial Account Management
- Manage financial relationships with key business partners, vendors, and distributors.
- Oversee accounts receivable and payable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Negotiate and manage payment terms with key accounts to optimize cash flow.
- Conduct credit risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor financial performance of key accounts, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Prepare financial reports and forecasts to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze sales data, pricing structures, and margin contributions to optimize profitability.
- Work with internal teams to align financial strategies with business objectives.
- Process Optimization & Compliance
- Ensure all financial transactions comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Improve financial processes, automation, and reporting efficiency.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline billing, reconciliation, and reporting processes.
- Support audits and financial reviews by providing accurate documentation and insights.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with retail, sales, and supply chain teams to align financial strategies with business operations.
- Support marketing and merchandising teams in budgeting and financial planning for campaigns.
- Provide financial insights to help optimize inventory planning and stock allocation.
- Experienced: 3-5 years in finance, accounting, or financial account management, ideally in retail, FMCG, or consumer goods.
- Detail-Oriented & Analytical: Strong ability to analyze financial data and drive data-driven decision-making.
- Business-Savvy: Understands financial impacts on sales, marketing, and operations.
- Strong Negotiator: Comfortable managing financial discussions and agreements with key stakeholders.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in financial software, accounting tools, and Excel.
- Proactive & Adaptable: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and takes ownership of responsibilities.
