Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and develop the Company’s compensation and benefits strategies, including pay scales, salary structures, staff incentives, recognition and profit-sharing bonus programs to attract and retain talents.
  • Work with HRBPs, Centre of Excellence team and business leaders to ensure the rewards program drives performance and business objectives.
  • Conduct related market research/ benchmarking and review reward packages periodically to maintain competitiveness.
  • Conduct job evaluation and job sizing, compensation, and benefits analysis.
  • Conduct evaluation to measure the effectiveness of the Company’s compensation and benefits programs in attracting, retaining and motivating employees.
  • Review and communicate rewards philosophy to staff.
  • Review and develop a recognition program.
  • Participate and support negotiations with labour unions or employee representatives regarding compensation and benefits packages.
  • Provide guidance and support to HRBPs in complaint resolution and handling of employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
  • Oversee the development and optimisation of HRIS structure to ensure accurate and efficient compensation data management, enabling seamless salary reviews, incentives calculations and reporting.
  • Provide guidance to senior management on compensation and benefits decisions that support the Company’s strategic goals.

Requirements:

  • Degree in any discipline with minimum 10 years of relevant Total Rewards or Compensation & Benefits experience including 5 years in a consultancy firm
  • Certification in Global Remuneration Professional
  • Strong stakeholder management, collaboration and influencing skills
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
