- Provide administrative assistance related to contracts or financial matters for agents.
- Overseeing daily office tasks and managing the company Agency Management System for the E-submission of property transactions by Salespersons.
- Oversee help desk services and escalate requests to the appropriate parties.
- Manage general office tasks and coordinate office activities and operations.
- Follow up on contractual documents, send reminders, and prepare progress reports.
- Provide ad hoc administrative support as requested by the immediate supervisor.
- Assist the manager with various administrative duties.

Requirements:
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Tech-savvy with website-related skills.
- Strong command of written English.
- Minimum ‘O’ Level qualification.
- Ability to work independently.
- Friendly personality with strong communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and mature demeanor.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Toa Payoh.
- Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin (to handle queries from Chinese-speaking associates regarding administrative matters).
- 5-day workweek.
- Full-time position.
