  • Overseeing daily office tasks and managing the company Agency Management System for the E-submission of property transactions by Salespersons.
  • Oversee help desk services and escalate requests to the appropriate parties.
  • Manage general office tasks and coordinate office activities and operations.
  • Follow up on contractual documents, send reminders, and prepare progress reports.
  • Provide ad hoc administrative support as requested by the immediate supervisor.
  • Assist the manager with various administrative duties.
  • Minutes Taking

Requirements:

  • Eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Tech-savvy with website-related skills.
  • Strong command of written English.
  • Minimum ‘O’ Level qualification.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Friendly personality with strong communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, responsible, and mature demeanor.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Toa Payoh.
  • Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Mandarin (to handle queries from Chinese-speaking associates regarding administrative matters).
  • 5-day workweek.
  • Full-time position.
