- Proven ability to close high-value deals and scale institutional business operations
- Established network of institutional clients, including hedge funds, crypto exchanges, and liquidity providers
- Leadership experience with a focus on mentoring and managing sales teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage C-suite executives and key industry leaders
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field (advanced certifications are an asset)
- Fluency in English required, other languages an asset
- 85,000-100,000$ USD/year with performance-driven bonuses
