Job Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day operations of the HR department and ensuring smooth HR processes.
- Responsible for accurate and timely payroll computation and processing.
- Assist with income tax submissions.
- Address applicants and employee inquiry.
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, selection, onboarding, and offboarding, conduct staff orientation.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation.
- Assist with the annual performance appraisal.
- Support manpower planning, budgeting, and the development of training programs.
- Administer Learning and Development initiatives and coordinate related training programs.
- Apply for government training grants (e.g., NCSS VCF, SDF grants via the Skill Connect Portal).
- Organise company events, employee engagement initiatives, and staff bonding activities.
- Any other Ad-Hoc Duties
Candidate Requirements:
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in HR or an internship in a similar role preferred.
- Good understanding of local employment laws and HR regulations.
- Ability to liaise effectively with government authorities on HR-related matters
