
Functional Business Analyst
1. Responsibilities
· Work as a functional business analyst with the project team on a credit origination platform;
· Liaise with stakeholders from business, technology, and other departments to clarify, define and document the requirements (functional & non-functional) and streamline the processes;
· Define and/or propose sound solution to address business needs;
· Review functional specification and ensure alignment with business requirements;
· Review UAT test cases and participate in UAT;
· Follow the bank’s process and procedure to deliver quality artifacts and meet key milestones within expected project timeline;
2. Requirements
· Minimum 8 years of experience in financial and banking industry
· Understand wholesale banking domain knowledge and products such as loan and trade; knowing the business workflow is a plus
· Experience in corporate credit origination or similar areas
· Experience in SDLC and possess basic technical skills, such as web application, API, database, SQL, data visualization, and reporting
· Able to work independently or with limited guidance
· Good communication and stakeholder management skills
· Teamwork spirit and positive mindset
