Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, preferably in administrative management, business management, or related fields.
  • 3-5 years of administrative management experience, preferably in the jewelry, luxury goods, or retail industry.
  • Proficiency in administrative management, asset management, and vendor management processes, with experience in brand event planning and exhibition execution.
  • Understanding of security management requirements in the jewelry industry, including theft prevention and security measures.
  • Strong team management skills with the ability to effectively organize and coordinate administrative tasks.
  • Excellent cross-department communication skills, capable of efficiently liaising with vendors and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in Mandarin and English; familiarity with industry-specific terminology is preferred.
