Position Overview:

The creative technology sector, particularly within the Game and Augmented Reality (AR) industries, is experiencing rapid growth, with projections indicating a market expansion that could see it double by 2025. We seek a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to drive our marketing efforts, manage campaigns, and collaborate with a dedicated team to stay ahead of industry trends.

The ideal candidate will report directly to the management team and oversee brand marketing, digital marketing strategies, and content creation across various platforms. As part of the role, the candidate will contribute fresh insights that enhance our brand positioning, communications, and overall strategy. Comprehensive training on internal processes will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the full marketing cycle, including brand positioning, messaging, and storytelling.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, SEO, Facebook Ads, and Email Marketing.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage and monitor social media channels for the company and the brand, including content creation and engagement.
  • Utilize digital tools and conduct keyword research to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Organize and oversee online and offline events, workshops, and promotional activities.
  • Utilize tools like Canva to create campaign visuals and promotional material.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Educational background: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Marketing or a related field.
  • Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to execute online and offline marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable.
  • Knowledge of current social media trends and best practices.
  • A solid understanding of marketing principles, tools, and industry trends.
  • Previous experience in an educational institution is a plus.

Compensation Package:

  • Base salary: $3,000 monthly, excluding performance-based incentives, which will be paid periodically.
