(a) Day to day operation of managing, administration of all servers in GCC.(b) Daily operations to support project request in Azure platform operations based on change management includes but not limited to SFTP configuration and support, SMTP delivery support through send grid or SMTP relays, APIM and Azure native cloud operations.(c) AD account administration, DNS administration and AD domain administration.(d) Incident management and resolution, raising tickets to Microsoft to support and rectify any problems.(e) Creating golden images for windows and Linux OS, OS patching, and work with Cyber for the endorsement of OS hardening.(f) Generate monthly reports on the project system health, system capacity and asset inventory list.(g) Account review of the servers and Azure platform, log review of the servers and azure platform to detect on any anomalies.General scope that is not mentioned above, the GCC team will(a) Be the main contact for servers and virtual machines security advisories and alerts for the Board, including carrying out the initial assessment for affected systems and communicate to various support teams (TFM, AFM and application) the required action, track the action taken by the various team and provide regular status update to Board’s designated officer(s).(b) Manage and coordinate all server security matters as and when directed by the Board’s designated officer(s). If required, the Contractor shall assist to troubleshoot, rectify, and follow up on the security matters(c) Develop scripts for system hardening and automation to optimize the operations.(d) Manage and track security patches status for the servers and virtual machines. The Contractor shall provide patch management report according to the format and frequency agreed to by the Board and the Contractor(e) Maintain and develop scripts to support the IOC scanning requirement.. The Contractor shall also assist the Board officers/IT security officers to validate and investigate in the cyber security incidents.
