  • Administer and support cloud IT Infrastructure.
  • Analyse, troubleshoot, and resolve issues pertaining to supported technologies and related services within SLA.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders and technical teams. Effectively communicate technical changes and enhancements that may impact the Infrastructure.
  • Participate in planning, design, and implementation of changes to Cloud (AWS) Network Infrastructure and related on-premise infra.
  • Carry out maintenance tasks such as patch updates and configuration changes to mitigate vulnerabilities.
  • Standardization and automation of systems, tasks, and workflows using Terraform and Ansible.
  • Document processes and procedures, ensure these are adhered to throughout the supported environments.
Experience
  • At least 5 years’ experience as Level 2 or 3 System or Network Administrator.
  • Hands-on experience in AWS, particularly in VPC (Transit Gateway, VPN, Security Groups, Route Tables, NACL), Network Firewall, Direct Connect, Route 53, Elastic Load Balancer.
  • Preferably with experience in management and troubleshooting of Linux, Load Balancers, DNS, Web Application Firewall and Web Proxy.
  • Able to write scripts in Python for automation of administrative tasks.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Team player, takes ownership of tasks and works independently with limited supervision.
  • Willing and eager to learn new technologies.
