Job Description

We are looking for two dynamic Sales Manager Ninjas—one based in Malaysia and the other in Singapore—to drive growth and strengthen our market presence. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic relationships, and enhancing sales performance. You should have a strong understanding of business expansion strategies, brand development, and the ability to effectively promote and position our marketing solutions across both markets.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new revenue through new client acquisition and renewal of services to acquired clients as assigned by management
  • Build, manage & close a sales pipeline by cultivating prospects & creating new business opportunities
  • Create and deliver sales presentations to key decision makers in targeted verticals
  • Execute successful business proposal negotiations and renewals
  • Meet revenue and appointment goals as set by management
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the industry, company's products and services, and the competitive landscape

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • A diploma or degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Digital Media, or Advertising) OR relevant experience in digital media/advertising.
  • 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or digital marketing, preferably within the advertising or media industry.
  • Proven success in managing all stages of the sales cycle, including prospecting, needs analysis, presentation, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Results-oriented and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
  • Ability to develop and maintain professional relationships with prospects, clients, and colleagues based on mutual respect and integrity.
  • Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining strict attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with market trends and competitive landscapes in Malaysia and/or Singapore is a plus.
