Duties and Responsibilities
- Work with line managers to understand staffing requirements & recruitment needs.
- Managed full lifecycle recruiting process including sourcing, screening, qualification evaluation, interviewing candidates, negotiating offers, preparing salary proposal & preparing of employment contracts to facilitate the hiring of qualified candidates.
- Maintain existing recruitment channels and job portals. Explore new collaborations with recruitment agencies and manage negotiations of Recruitment Service agreements in compliance with company standards.
- Process new work pass applications and renewals.
- Manage onboarding process and conduct induction/orientation program.
- Overall responsible for the employee’s lifecycle management; handle HR related matters including but not limited to employee’s enquiries, performance/grievance handling, counselling, termination, etc.
- Handle various government claims such as Maternity, Paternity, Childcare, waiver of worker levy. Coordinate on insurance claims and WICA.
- Involved in employee’s engagement activities.
- Prepare/collate HR-related reports.
- Provide daily HR operations support and any other duties as & when assigned.
Job requirement
- sDegree/Diploma in HR, Business and/or with 5 years relevant experience as HR Business Partner or as a Talent Acquisition Executive
- .Minimum 2 years’ experience in Manufacturing industry is required
- .Good interpersonal and communication skill, bilingual ability
- .Team player, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- .Good background and knowledge of HR practices and well-versed in Employment Act, other statutory requirements
- .Comfortable to work on-site in a manufacturing environment
