As part of the pioneer team for the new hospital and a member of the dynamic multi-disciplinary Cluster/Site Finance team, you will have the opportunity to help shape the future of sustainable healthcare for our community by being involved in:
- Formulating finance-related Process, Policies and Procedures and Standard Operating Procedures to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
- Establishing and driving the Financial planning and Budgeting to achieve organizational goals and priorities.
- Participating in the regular planning and meeting and activities including design workshops, IT systems implementation and user acceptance testing (“UAT”) partnering relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Monitoring actual performance against targets, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Analytics and scenario modelling for insights and trends to drive key decision
- Communication liaison among the various stakeholders, key management, and external stakeholders to facilitate necessary discussions to allow for the successful set-up of the Hospital
- Funding request for the set-up of the Hospital
- Funding utilization tracking and monitoring to ensure utilization and compliance
- Besides on-the-job training, successful candidates will be sent for relevant courses and nesting within established operations to gain hands on process experience.
This position is under contractual basis, convertible to permanent employment.
