  • Provide administrative support to BD managers.
  • Support the sales process, establishing relationships with potential merchants, conducting needs assessments, and presenting compelling solutions.
  • Negotiate and finalize merchant agreements, ensuring they are mutually beneficial and compliant with all regulations.
  • Support the onboarding process, including setting up merchant accounts, configuring payment gateways, and providing training.
  • Provide ongoing support and account management to ensure merchant satisfaction and retention.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across sales, marketing, operations, and customer service.
  • Provide BD administration support – Daily form submission, Monthly reports support any ad-hoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or University degree in Business Admin or equivalent.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Valid class 3 Driving license preferred.
