This role is part of Visa's Corporate Real Estate Asia Pacific Team, reporting to the Regional Head of Corporate Real Estate Services based in Singapore. The overall team is part of Visa's Corporate Services Team under the Global Head of Corporate Services, based in San Francisco.What an Analyst, Corporate Real Estate, Asia Pacific does at Visa:
  • Support the AP Corporate Real Estate Team by analyzing relevant data from various sources and developing presentations for Executive Level audiences.
  • Collaborate with Visa's Global Corporate Services Data Analytics team to source consistent global data/information.
  • Responsible in producing regular reports, including team Objectives and Key Results progress tracking, Integrated Facilities Management dashboard, and other ad-hoc reports.
  • Drive and maintain Asia Pacific Real Estate Portfolio Updates by compiling data from various internal and external sources.
  • Manage the Corporate Real Estate team calendar of events.
  • Allocate approximately 50% of time to operational tasks and 50% to reporting and analysis.

  • 5 years of relevant work experience within Corporate Real Estate or Consulting Firms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with demonstrated analytical rigor.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including the ability to manipulate large unstructured data sets and use Excel tools such as pivot tables, vlookup, charts, INDEX, MATCH, trends, and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint to create impactful presentations and strong story-boarding abilities.
  • Analytical mindset with a structured approach to problem-solving and the ability to 'connect the dots'.
What will also help:
  • Experience creating presentation materials for Executive Level audiences.
  • Ability to communicate technical results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis, quantitative research, and experience gathering and interpreting data.
  • Exceptional judgment and discretion when handling highly sensitive data.
  • Experience collaborating with others to deliver analysis and reports, and relaying feedback to improve systems and processes (Business, People Team, Finance, Security & Safety, etc.).
