Sales Support Executive
Job Description
We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support professional to join our team. This role provides sales administrative support to the Sales team, ensuring seamless sales operations and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Sales Administration and Support:
- Prepare sales-related documents, such as sales quotations for customers, tender documents, proposals, contracts, etc.
- Assist in tracking sales activities and progress against targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing of client requests and orders.
Customer Relationship and Lead Management :
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with prospective and existing customers.
- Provide timely and professional responses to customer queries via email, phone or other communication channels.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and customer records/database.
Team Collaboration:
- Support the Sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing materials, and arranging follow-ups.
- Contribute to the preparation of sales related reports, etc.
- Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
General Duties:
- Ensure the accurate and timely entry of sales data.
- Perform all other job related duties as assigned by the Sales team and Management
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a professional certificate, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or Degree, preferably in a Life Science discipline
- Proven experience in sales support, or a related role is an advantage. Entry level candidates are also welcomed to apply, as training will be provided
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer oriented and a team player
- Highly motivated, proactive, and detail oriented.
- Good organization, coordination, communication & follow-up skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ((Excel, Word, Powerpoint). Knowledge of SAP B1 is an added advantage
